Founder & CRO

Manish Bhargava

Manish brings over 24 years of cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing and IT. With a mechanical engineering background and a track record of building high-performance teams, he founded Austenite Metalworx to redefine forging excellence. Previously, he led key initiatives at HP India and later transitioned into entrepreneurship, building engineering and software ventures. Today, Manish leads the company’s growth strategy, innovation roadmap, and customer success initiatives with a sharp focus on value, quality, and long-term partnerships.

Girish Kulkarni

A seasoned professional with more than 30 years in manufacturing, consulting, and product development, Girish is the strategic mind behind Austenite’s industry outreach and innovation ecosystem. From hands-on forging to acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global software tools, his journey is rooted in solving real-world engineering problems. His focus lies in building strong industry collaborations and ensuring the company evolves with agility and purpose. His motto: “Let’s forge ahead together.”

Vinod Choudhary

With over three decades of experience in forging production, tool room management, and quality assurance, Vinod ensures that every process at Austenite runs with precision and discipline. His expertise spans lean manufacturing, project planning, cost estimation, and customer satisfaction. He plays a key role in scaling operations, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across the plant. Vinod’s operational leadership is pivotal to maintaining consistency, safety, and performance.

Ghanasham Khaladkar

An expert in forging die design with more than 35 years of experience, Ghanasham leads Austenite’s in-house tool room and custom die manufacturing division. Renowned for creating solutions where others see challenges, his precision engineering skills and innovative mindset ensure that our dies deliver exceptional accuracy and durability. Under his guidance, Austenite has built a reputation for quality tooling that meets the complex demands of OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
